Privacy policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
This policy explains what Fomo Feed (fomofeed.live, its Telegram bot and channels, "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: hello@fomofeed.live.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Google, through our sign-in provider Auth0, we receive your email address, your name and an account identifier. When you use our Telegram bot, we receive your Telegram user ID, username and display name. We also keep when you joined and last signed in.
- Your subscription. When access runs out, any trial or invite you used, and the Solana address we assign you for payments. Payments you send are recorded with their amount and transaction ID, which are public on the blockchain.
- Referrals. Your referral code, who referred you, commissions you earn and the wallet you ask us to pay them to.
- Things you choose to save. Traders you mark as favorites, wallets you link to your account, and how many trader profiles you open (used for daily limits).
- Technical data. Our hosting provider's servers record IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, as any web server does, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies only to run the site: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in (up to 30 days), short-lived cookies used while you sign in, a referral cookie that remembers who invited you (30 days), and preference cookies that remember your display choices (up to a year). Your browser may also keep a copy of the latest alerts so the page loads faster.
Why we use it
- To provide your account, your access and the features you use.
- To credit your payments and pay referral commissions.
- To send service messages, such as when your access is about to end. We do not send marketing email.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run Fomo Feed, and only what they need: Auth0 (sign-in), Google (if you sign in with it), Telegram (if you use the bot), Resend (email delivery) and our hosting provider. Payments and wallets are on public blockchains, which anyone can read. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Information about traders
The feed and the Traders pages show information about wallets and public accounts, built from public sources: blockchain activity and public profiles on trading apps and X (names, follower counts and profile pictures). If one of these is about you and you want it removed, write to us and we will review the request.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account exists, and payment records as long as bookkeeping requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Records on a public blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights, write to hello@fomofeed.live.
Security
Data travels encrypted, sign-in is handled by Auth0, and we never see your Google password. No service is perfectly secure, so keep your accounts and wallets protected.
Children
Fomo Feed is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on the site.
