Terms of service

These terms apply to Fomo Feed (fomofeed.live, its Telegram bot and channels, "we"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What Fomo Feed is

Fomo Feed publishes alerts and market observations about crypto tokens, based on public blockchain activity. It is a technical service for information only.

Not financial advice

Nothing on Fomo Feed is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Crypto assets are highly risky and can lose all their value. Market caps, peaks and other figures are observations that may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and past results say nothing about the future. Every decision you make is your own, and so is its outcome.

Your account

You need to be at least 18. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

Subscriptions and payments

• Paid access is bought in SOL, sent to the payment address shown on your account page, for the period that payment buys at the prices shown there.
• Access starts once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Sending the wrong amount, asset or network can mean the payment cannot be credited.
• Payments are final and not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• We may change prices and plans for future purchases. Access you have already paid for is not affected.
• Free trials, invites and other access options are offered at our discretion and can change or end.

Referrals

Members can earn a share of payments made by people they refer, at the rate shown in their account. Commissions are paid in SOL, on request, to the wallet you give us, once they reach the minimum shown. Self-referrals and other abuse are not paid, and we may change or end the program for future payments.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, republish or redistribute our alerts or data, collect them by automated means, share your account, try to get around access limits, or interfere with the service or other users.

Third-party services

The service links to and relies on other services, such as trading apps, charts, launchpads, Telegram and X. We are not responsible for them, their content or anything you do there.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted, delayed or changed, and features may be added or removed at any time.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ownership

The site, its design and its content belong to Fomo Feed. Token names, logos and public profiles belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
